171 stores, central warehouse, and marketplaces connected through real-time inventory, warehouse dropshipping, and high-volume fulfillment capabilities

Mumbai, August 25, 2026: Fynd, an AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, today announced that it is powering the next phase of omnichannel growth for Woodland, India’s leading outdoor footwear and apparel brand, by extending its unified Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) across Woodland’s 171 stores and central warehouse operations. This would enable Woodland to strengthen inventory visibility, improve fulfilment agility, and scale digital commerce operations with greater speed and control.

As Woodland accelerates its digital and retail growth, the brand has integrated its store network and central warehouse operations on Fynd’s platform, creating a unified ecosystem that enables seamless coordination across channels, improved inventory visibility, and a more agile fulfillment framework. It powers omnichannel fulfillment across its various retail stores through Fynd’s Order Management System (OMS), with real-time inventory synchronization across leading marketplaces including Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, and Tata Cliq. This integration reduces inventory mismatches, improves order accuracy, and delivers a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.

At the core of this transformation is a connected commerce backbone that brings together Woodland’s stores, warehouse, ERP, POS systems, and digital channels into a single operating layer. This reduces operational complexity, minimizes manual intervention, and enables faster, data-driven decision-making.  During peak sales periods, Woodland’s retail stores fulfill up to 2,500 orders per day, while the warehouse processes up to 2,000 orders daily, resulting in a combined peak load of 4,500 orders managed through the integrated platform.

“Retailers today are moving beyond isolated commerce systems and building connected operating models that can adapt in real time,” said Ragini Varma, Chief Business Officer – India, Fynd. “Woodland’s scale makes inventory visibility and fulfillment orchestration critical to growth. Through this long-standing partnership, we are helping create a unified commerce ecosystem that improves operational efficiency, strengthens inventory accuracy, and enables the flexibility required to serve customers seamlessly across channels.”

“As our omnichannel business continues to grow, maintaining visibility and coordination across stores, warehouses, and digital channels becomes increasingly important,” said Sandeep Garg, General Manager – Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing, Woodland. “Fynd’s unified platform has helped us create a more connected operational framework that improves fulfillment agility, enhances inventory visibility, and positions us to grow efficiently while delivering a consistent customer experience.”

Fynd WMS is currently being implemented to streamline warehouse workflows, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch within a unified operational ecosystem. Looking ahead, the implementation will further enhance Woodland’s fulfillment infrastructure by bringing greater warehouse intelligence, process automation, and operational control to its

supply chain. Together, Fynd’s OMS and WMS ecosystem will provide Woodland with a scalable foundation to support future growth across retail, e-commerce, and marketplace channels.
