On March 25th, Kering Eyewear and Maison Valentino hosted an exclusive launch event in New York to celebrate the debut of their first eyewear collection. Set within the cutting-edge interiors of The Shed, the event welcomed over 900 guests—including press, influencers, loyal customers, and industry professionals—in a vibrant and joyful atmosphere.
Conceived as an immersive and engaging experience, the event was designed to foster interaction among guests and create meaningful, share‑worthy moments through a refined journey. The setting, developed around a joyful and dreamlike merry-go-round, shimmered in a lively and colorful space. The new eyewear styles, characterized by bold silhouettes, geometric flats, and sleek metal frames—each infused with iconic Valentino signature codes—were seamlessly integrated into the experience, inviting guests to try on the latest collection. From striking poses in the photo calls to navigating mirror mazes, each activation offered an opportunity to encounter the eyewear firsthand, bringing the Maison’s enduring elegance and individuality to life.
The atmosphere came alive with a dynamic DJ set by Mark Ronson, who energized the event with a vibrant groove and energy that kept the crowd moving throughout the night.
