National, 29 July 2026: FNP, India’s largest celebrations brand and a pioneer of organised gifting, has crossed ₹1,000 crore in revenue, reflecting sustained business momentum and the strength of its three-decade operating journey. The milestone marks an important inflection point in the company’s three-decade journey of transforming how India celebrates and comes as FNP advances its preparations for a planned Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The company is working towards a potential IPO by the end of CY2028, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, and is focused on scaling its business ahead of the listing, with a revenue target of approximately ₹1,400 crore in FY27 and an ambition to build a ₹2,200–2,400 crore revenue business by the time it goes public.

Unlike many digital-first businesses built around rapid expansion, FNP enters this phase on the strength of more than 30 years of profitable operations. The company has also strengthened its profitability profile, reporting an EBITDA margin of approximately 3% in FY26, reflecting improved operating discipline while continuing to invest in growth capabilities. Its resilient, capital-efficient model combines brand trust, omnichannel reach, technology, product curation and controlled fulfilment—creating a foundation for sustainable growth in India and international markets.

FNP’s journey began by organising a fragmented flower market and improving a highly inconsistent customer experience. It went on to establish a nationwide retail and franchise network and, in 2002, launched its online platform—well before e-commerce became mainstream in India. This early omnichannel approach allowed customers to pair digital convenience with the assurance of a trusted physical presence.

Over the years, FNP has repeatedly set category standards, including the introduction and scaling of same-day and midnight delivery. It has also expanded beyond flowers into cakes, personalised gifts, gourmet hampers, plants, décor, weddings and premium celebration experiences. Today, the brand serves millions of customers through more than 300 retail outlets and a robust digital platform. As part of its next phase of expansion, FNP aims to scale its retail footprint to approximately 350 stores by FY28, driven by a mix of company-led and franchise-led expansion across key markets.

This breadth has enabled FNP to evolve beyond a single-category gifting company. By bringing multiple products and services together in one curated transaction, the company is building a modern celebrations ecosystem designed to serve the entire emotional moment—not merely the purchase of an individual product.

“Crossing ₹1,000 crore in revenue is an important milestone, but its real significance lies in what it represents: three decades of building trust, formalising a category and continuously reinventing how people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. FNP is not simply an e-commerce business. We are building a global celebrations ecosystem, supported by profitable growth, strong omnichannel capabilities, technology-led personalisation and end-to-end control of the customer experience. As we prepare for our IPO, our focus is on creating a scalable, future-ready business that can lead the next phase of this category in India and globally.”- Pawan Gadia, Global CEO & Director, FNP

The company’s next phase is anchored in greater control, consistency and speed. FNP is strengthening its full-stack fulfilment model through dark stores, hybrid company-owned and company-operated outlets, central kitchens and cake fulfilment centres. These investments are designed to improve quality across categories, enable delivery windows ranging from 30–60 minutes to precise midnight slots, and create a more reliable end-to-end customer experience.

Technology and data intelligence remain central to this evolution. FNP is investing in AI-led product discovery and curation, centralised procurement, inventory optimisation and smarter logistics to deliver increasingly personalised experiences at scale while improving operating efficiency and margin quality. The company’s quick commerce business has emerged as an important growth driver, scaling from ₹8 crore in FY25 to ₹65 crore in FY26, with a target of approximately ₹125 crore in FY27. Over the next few years, FNP expects quick commerce to contribute 20–25% of overall revenue, supported by investments in procurement, cold-chain capabilities and distribution infrastructure.

Internationally, FNP is building on its operating experience in the UAE and Singapore and deepening its presence across markets including Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The company is also evaluating expansion opportunities in additional Gulf markets and geographies such as Malaysia, as it continues to scale its celebrations ecosystem globally. Its international proposition extends beyond the Indian diaspora to a broader mix of local and expatriate customers, demonstrating the adaptability of its celebrations model across cultures and geographies.

As it moves towards public-market readiness, FNP will remain focused on profitable growth, technology-led integration, supply-chain control, design-first curation and international expansion. As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company will continue to evaluate strategic opportunities, including potential acquisitions that can strengthen its presence across the celebrations and gifting ecosystem.
