Duravit presents Vitrium, a thoughtfully designed bathroom collection by Christian Werner that transforms everyday routines into moments of comfort, warmth, and wellbeing. Created to offer a sense of security even in compact spaces, Vitrium combines sophisticated materials, tactile surfaces, and timeless forms to create a natural and inviting bathroom environment.
Designed around the idea of elevating daily rituals, Vitrium brings together aesthetics and functionality in a collection that appeals to the senses. Its refined design language establishes a contemporary bathroom culture where comfort, serenity, and personal wellbeing take centre stage.

At the heart of the collection are the Vitrium washbasins, available as either round countertop models or integrated rectangular c-bonded versions. Characterised by a uniform design language that is both timeless and contemporary, the washbasins reflect modern architectural trends while maintaining a distinct visual identity. The circular basins paired with the linear furniture create a harmonious contrast, further enhanced by the elegant front overhang.
The collection showcases Duravit’s DuroCast UltraResist mineral casting technology, which enables exceptional design precision while offering a velvety matte finish and a distinctive tactile experience. Available with or without a tap hole bench, the washbasins feature a clean, streamlined appearance complete with a drain valve and no overflow.

Complementing the washbasins is a range of geometric bathroom furniture defined by minimalist elegance. Fine metal frames in white or anthracite are paired with a choice of backlit semi-transparent PARSOL glass fronts, solid colour finishes, or warm wood-look decors. Together, these elements create a cohesive ensemble that radiates comfort and sophistication.
The smoky glass fronts lend the furniture a light, almost floating appearance while introducing visual warmth to the bathroom. Designed to showcase everyday essentials, cosmetics, and accessories, they bring both practicality and character to the space.

For greater personalization, Vitrium offers a wide variety of front and body finish combinations. Water-repellent surfaces, waterproof edging, and durable construction ensure long-lasting performance and ease of maintenance. A discreet grab bar integrated into the metal frame further enhances the collection’s clean and understated aesthetic.
Vitrium offers two vanity concepts. Linear console vanities paired with round countertop basins are particularly well suited for compact bathrooms thanks to their reduced depth and efficient use of space. Alternatively, integrated rectangular c-bonded washbasins are available as preassembled units, ensuring seamless integration and a refined appearance. To enhance organization, the vanities can be equipped with interior lighting, additional inner drawers, and optional dividers that maximize storage efficiency.
Completing the range are mirrors and built-in mirror cabinets available in both round and square formats. Designed to coordinate seamlessly with the vanities and semi-tall cabinets, they are offered with matching white or anthracite frames for a cohesive aesthetic.
Each model features integrated LED lighting and intuitive sensor switches, combining convenience with contemporary functionality. Selected models can also be equipped with a sensor and control unit that enables Bluetooth-operated synchronized lighting across vanities and semi-tall cabinets with glass fronts. With a single touch, users can illuminate multiple elements simultaneously, creating a seamless lighting experience without the need for additional cables or switches.
With Vitrium, Christian Werner and Duravit have created a bathroom collection that balances architectural clarity, intelligent functionality, and sensory comfort. The result is a sophisticated living space designed to enrich everyday experiences and redefine modern bathroom design. Website: https://www.duravit.in/
