For three decades, Good Earth has shaped a way of living where beauty, craftsmanship and culture are woven into the rhythms of everyday life. Rooted in India’s traditions of refined living, the brand has redefined luxury not as excess, but as an appreciation for thoughtful design, enduring craft and the joy of the everyday. Today, this philosophy finds its fullest expression in its reimagined Gurgaon flagship. Designed in close collaboration with conservation architect Abha Narain Lambah, the new Gurgaon flagship reimagines retail as a destination for discovery and inspiration. The store unfolds through four distinct worlds: Earthsong, Living, Verandah, and Berouj each exploring a different aspect of everyday living. Together, they form the most complete expression of the Good Earth universe to date.
“We’ve always believed that luxury isn’t defined by what we own, but by how we live. This store brings together the many rituals that shape a life – from the first cup of tea in the morning to the table we gather around, the clothes we wear and the homes we decorate. Each of the four worlds has its own personality, but together they stand for something we’ve believed from the very beginning: that beauty and craft belong in the everyday.” Anita Lal, Founder & Creative Director, Good Earth.

Located at IREO Boulevard, Golf Course Road Extension, the flagship is part of a complex designed by Norman Foster + Partners. The open, pedestrian-friendly high street – with its tree-lined walkways, landscaped courtyards, and water features – offers an experience that feels far removed from the enclosed environment of a conventional shopping mall. Gurgaon, with its growing community of entrepreneurs, professionals, young families and homeowners, offered the ideal setting for Good Earth’s newest store.
The Space
Each of the four spaces has its own distinct mood and material palette, yet they are united by a shared language of craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Double-height ceilings, dramatic skylights and abundant natural light create a sense of openness and calm. Bespoke cabinetry, decorative screens, murals, chandeliers and artisan-made objects have been individually conceived for each world, nothing here is incidental. The journey begins at Earthsong and moves inward, from the natural world, through the rituals of home and hospitality, into the private and the personal.
Four Worlds
Earthsong – An Urban Oasis
Earthsong is rooted in Good Earth’s founding philosophy of Van Vaibhav: the interconnectedness of man and nature. Conceived as an urban sanctuary, it is veiled from the outside: filtered views through bamboo chiks, latticed jaalis and verdant palms. Abha describes the mood inside as a page from a childhood Enid Blyton book – whimsical, a little mysterious, entirely its own world. A sculptural concrete table at the heart of the space carries a stream of water across its surface, brought to life in stone and stillness. A skylight floods the room with natural light. Hand- painted murals of blossoming vines nature-inspired tapestries cover the walls; Tibetan artefacts and rock inscriptions by artist Vineet Kacker – part of the Good Earth story since its very first store run through it. Fragrance, bath rituals, earthenware and thoughtful gifts are woven through the space – each one rooted in the same idea: that wellbeing begins with a closer connection to the natural world. From nature, the journey moves inward to the home itself.
Verandah – A Sanctuary for the Home
The home is a reflection of the lives lived within it, a place where comfort, memory and personal expression come together. Verandah celebrates this spirit through a curated collection of fine linens, block-printed textiles, cushions, furniture and artisanal finds, bringing the richness of India’s textile traditions into contemporary interiors. Defined by handcrafted details such as a sculptural metal jaali, a dramatic wall of mirrors and bespoke cabinetry, the space celebrates the art of creating homes that feel layered, personal and deeply lived in. Every textile, furnishing and handcrafted object is designed to become part of daily life, gathering character and stories over time.
Living – A Celebration of the Art of Entertaining
Hospitality has long been at the heart of Indian life, expressed through thoughtful gestures, generous tables and homes designed to welcome. Living celebrates these enduring traditions, bringing together the objects and rituals that make every gathering memorable. Custom-designed wallpapers, bespoke curtains, glass wall art, handcrafted cabinetry and statement chandeliers create a layered interior that feels both welcoming and refined. Here, Good Earth’s collections of fine tableware, metalware, hand-painted papier-mâché, table linens and decorative objects come together to create dramatic interiors and inspire beautiful tablescapes.
Berouj – Rituals of Shringar
The journey culminates in Berouj, the most personal of the four worlds. Inspired by the intimacy and elegance of the historic zenana, Berouj is a contemporary sanctuary dedicated to the rituals of Shringar adornment, beauty and personal wellbeing. Swathed in a palette of old rose, aqua and ivory, the space is layered with gossamer curtains, bespoke cabinetry and softly glowing chandeliers, creating an atmosphere of warmth and privacy. Good Earth’s apparel collections sit alongside LilaNur Parfums and the ITI skincare salon in an intimate world of fashion, beauty and fragrance. It is a space designed to encourage visitors to take a pause – a reminder that the most personal rituals of a day deserve the same care as everything else.
Luxury in Every Moment
Together, the four worlds of the Gurgaon flagship express something that has always been at the heart of Good Earth: Luxury has never been a matter of excess, but of attention. The joy of living with objects shaped by mastery and time – a handwoven silk garment, a bottle of pure rosewater, 300-thread-count cotton sheets, a hand-painted cup. Each one an expression of a life lived with care. Working with master artisans across India, Good Earth continues to nurture living craft traditions – from papier-mâché and hand-carved rock crystals to Banaras silk brocades and natural-dye block printing. Every object reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship, exceptional materials and enduring design, created not simply to be admired, but to be lived with, cherished and passed on through generations. The Gurgaon flagship brings this philosophy together in a destination where craft, culture and contemporary living exist in perfect harmony.
